来源:npm `mp4-muxer@5.2.2` 的 `build/mp4-muxer.mjs`,逐字节复制,未压缩、未改动。

用途:`web/mp4.mjs` —— 把 `VideoEncoder` 吐出来的 H.264 分片装进一个 .mp4 容器。
      只用到 `Muxer` 和 `ArrayBufferTarget` 两个导出,没有音轨,没有流式目标。

为什么带一份别人写的:见 `assets/vendor/README.md`。一句话是,容器格式的坑
(avcC、stts/stsz/stco 那几张表、B 帧的 ctts)错了不会报错,只会得到一个某些
播放器打不开、另一些能打开的文件 —— 那种失败方式不该由这个仓库自己去踩。
